A Guest Post and Many Thanks

I’m excited to be guest posting today at one of the most charming reads I’ve come across….

If you haven’t read Allison’s blog, you must.

It’s packed full with endearing family adventures and plenty of gorgeous inspiration.

Allison always has her eye on the most fashionable kids’ goodies around and makes sure to include plenty of pretty for us grown ups too.

She’s also one of my go to resources for books and art.

And, she pretty much had me at hello with that beauteous pink and black modern chic header.

In other news, I wanted to take a minute to thank a few people who have put a smile on my face these past few weeks.

To start, a giant thank you so Nichole over at one of my most beloved blogs, Parlour.

Nichole posted a little feature on my home and it couldn’t have been sweeter.

I’d also like to thank the very talented Jennifer over at Rambling Renovators.

She included me in her Great Reads Year End Blog Tour series and I couldn’t have been more honoured.
I am always inspired by Jennifer’s blog and am totally in awe of her beautifully renovated home.
I’ve actually met Jennifer in person and she is one one of the sweetest people you could hope to meet.

Next, I’d like to thank all of these lovely ladies for hosting such fabulous giveaways that I just happened to have won.

I swear to god, I have never in my whole life won anything.  I always pick the wrong side of the coin and am annoyingly unlucky…until now.

I used these for my daughter’s teachers and their holiday gifts.

I just found out yesterday that I was the lucky winner of her naomilynn stationary giveaway.

I’ll be happily receiving 16 of these pretties soon…only in pink with my name on them!

These lovely cards will take the belated place of the Christmas cards I neglected to send.  Instead, all those special people in my life will be getting a ‘welcome to the New Year’ and ‘thank you for being you just because’ card.
